1Software Licensing & Usage Rights

Subject to compliance with your subscription agreement or master services agreement, CodianStreet grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased software solutions solely for your internal business operations.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any source code or architecture.
• You may not sublicense, lease, or resell the software to third parties without express written authorization.
• All user credentials and API tokens must be safeguarded to prevent unauthorized system access.

2Custom Engineering & Intellectual Property

CodianStreet retains all right, title, and interest in and to our pre-built proprietary software platforms, foundational libraries, and underlying algorithms. For custom software engineering engagements, specific deliverable ownership and client IP transfers are governed by the respective Statement of Work (SOW).

3Service Level & Support Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability for all hosted cloud applications. Maintenance schedules are announced in advance. Our engineering team provides direct technical support with standard resolution targets defined in your client SLA.

4Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CodianStreet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your access to or inability to use our services.
